In 2020, with each passing month, it has felt like an increasingly rapid descent into a dumpster fire. At times, I have felt like I could not catch my breath. I’ve felt exhausted. Angry. Scared. So I decided to jot down some random things that amuse me.

Cat-related random things that amuse me

1. How tiny my cat’s front teeth are
2. Revealing to my cat that she’s actually adopted
3. Telling my cat to stop running out the front door because she’s not built for a life in the streets
4. How concerned/confused my cat looks when I sneeze
5. Hunting bugs in the house with my cat (she is good at spotting them, but shit at catching them)

Random tecnology things that amuse me

1. The popcorn feature on my microwave displays as “P-CORN”
2. Snapchat filters that super exaggerate your features
3. When I fart and my air purifier knows
4. My Google search results (and what they think I’m going to search for)

1. Socks with funny designs on them
2. British slang (e.g., filthy sod, bellend, knackered, etc)
3. Big guys walking tiny dogs
4. Tiny guys walking huge dogs
5. Making fun of how gross Peeps are
